Students learn how to navigate the intersection of nonprofit and for-profit business structures, as arts-based organizational leaders. Adult learners within this program are typically interested in implementing arts-based intervention programs within communities who may face socio-economic challenges, disenfranchisement, or systematic disparities -- and seek to utilize arts and performance as an outlet for social change. 

Adult and youth learners will engage in a thorough learning process of events management and theatre-based set design within this program.  If you are an admirer particularly of  'set-planning' for music videos, stage plays, short films, movies, or internet content, then the Events & Set Design program is an ideal learning environment for your evolution as a potential set designer, production assistant, or stage director. 

Students of the Arts-based Facilitation and Education program will engage in course-work that prepares learners to become qualified, trauma-informed educators/facilitators  who deliver arts-based curricula in urban and/or rural areas. Graduates of this program may go on to create youth camps, leadership development programs, or empowerment initiatives that uncover and address pressing social issues that disproportionally affect children/youth.
